Julia grew up in Dixie County, FL. and currently resides in Trenton, FL. She obtained her bachelor’s of nursing at The University of Florida and later moved to Tampa, FL to study anesthesia. There, she obtained her Master’s in Nursing, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license, and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license from the University of South Florida. While in Tampa, she met her husband John, a Mississippi native and colleague at Tampa General Hospital. After the birth of their second child, they decided to move “home” to be closer to family.
Julia has been a nurse for over 20 years, with vast experience in the Cardiac ICU, ER, Trauma, and L&D. She has over 14 years years of experience as an aesthetic injector and has been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesitist since 2009. Most of her anesthesia background is revolved around Tampa General Hospital, a level 1 trauma center. However, she currently provides anesthesia for local plastic surgeons in Gainesville, FL.
Julia stays up to date on the newest trends and treatments, and is frequently found traveling to the best aesthetic conferences offered. However, her greatest achievements are her two children, John V and William. She spends as much time as possible traveling, exploring, and playing hard with these two vibrant boys and her husband.
