Courtney Haufler is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience in high-acuity care. She currently practices with the Thoracic Surgery and Lung Transplant team at UF Health Shands, where she is deeply involved in the care of complex surgical and critically ill patients.
Courtney began her nursing career after graduating as a Registered Nurse in 2020, working in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit recovering patients following open-heart surgery. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she developed advanced expertise in managing patients requiring ECMO support and lung transplantation for severe respiratory failure. Motivated by her passion for patient care and clinical excellence, she pursued advanced training and earned her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2024.
Alongside her medical career, Courtney has always had a strong passion for aesthetics. She is committed to delivering the most advanced, cutting-edge aesthetic treatments while prioritizing safety, precision, and natural-looking results. Her goal is to help patients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered through personalized care.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and playing volleyball with her daughter, Madison.
